The m-pipe® design, engineering, testing and production team has the role of ensuring m-pipe® continues to provide superior performance in deep water and harsh offshore conditions, and to deliver significant reductions in risk and cost for our clients in offshore field development and operation.
Maintenance Technician x 3
Main focus: drive maintenance, development and operation of Magma m-pipe production systems for reliability.
Three individuals are required to work on the production equipment maintenance aspects of Magma’s high technology carbon fibre m-pipe product designed for the oil and gas industry. With a full order book from oil and gas companies around the world, this is a key maintenance role in a rapidly growing company, working on a range of m-pipe production equipment and delivery systems.
All Magma maintenance technicians work as a close-knit team to maintain production machinery in optimum order, and to formulate safe operating procedures for maintenance to ensure ongoing consistency. The role involves conscientious efforts to support Magma machines operating and preparation and commissioning for day to day activities. This includes the establishment of multiple maintenance and servicing programs. It will also include a wide range of technical maintenance commissioning, employing relevant Magma procedures, record storage and data logging.
This role will require around five years’ previous experience of production equipment maintenance, both electrical and mechanical, within a related industry.
