Magma's Policy with regard to QHSE is to:

• Manage its business activities in a highly professional manner which will ensure that the requirements of ISO 9001: 2008 and BS OHSAS 18001: 2007 Management Systems are achieved and implemented throughout all area of our business.
• Ensure that the needs of Magma's Customers are known, understood and delivered.
• Ensure that the likelihood of work related ill health, harm to people, damage to property and harm to the environment is reduced to as low a level as reasonably practicable.
• Ensure awareness of and compliance with all relevant Health and Safety Regulations.

This realistic approach to QHSE Management helps ensure that there is continuous growth, increased profitability, a progressive improvement in QHSE performance and in Management Systems, controls and processes throughout all areas of its business and ultimately provide job security for its employees.

Objectives:

Magma's QHSE Policy is supported by a number of objectives which will ensure the continued improvement of the QHSE Management System. The QHSE objectives are defined in the Annual QHSE Objectives and Improvement Plan signed by the CEO and the members of the Management Team.

Review:

The continued relevance of this QHSE Policy and achievement of the agreed objectives/improvements is addressed during the Management Review Meetings as defined in the appropriate procedure.

Awareness:

To ensure Employees, Contractors, Customers and other interested parties are aware of Magma's QHSE Policy, this document is displayed on the notice boards and be readily accessible on the network and Website.
